House Policies
Strict Rules – Please Read First
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. There’s wildlife.
- No Infants: We cannot accommodate children under 2 years for safety reasons.
- No Open Fires: Absolutely no open fires outside, due to the high fire risk. This does not apply to the braai and hot tub.
- 6 Guests Maximum: This can be extended to 8 guests with prior approval and an additional per-person charge.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation between guests.
Payment & Cancellation
- Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Bank transfer only.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before arrival – Full Refund
- 0–29 days before arrival – No Refund
- Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee and may take up to 14 days to process.
Access & Transport
- Vehicle Requirement: A 4×4 or high-clearance SUV is required to reach the house.
- Shuttle Service: Available as an add-on if you do not have a suitable vehicle. Please request in advance.
